They took longer to reply than I was expecting, so that was a little frustrating at first. But once they got back to me, they did help me sort things out in the end

"I do like some of the Haus..."
I do like some of the Haus Labs products, but ngl the ingredient info on hauslabs.com was kind of annoying to figure out. I had to click around a bunch and still wasn’t always 100% sure what was in certain items or why it was included. For a makeup brand, I just wish that stuff was more upfront and easy to read before buying.

"Really like the applicator design"
I ordered this from hauslabs.com the applicator was the first thing I noticed. Its really easy to hold and I like that it doesnt leave product smeared all over the cap.
The shape makes it easy to get around smaller spots without picking up way too much product. Its a little detail, but it makes the whole thing so much less annoying to use. 5 stars from me

I’ve only used it a couple times, so I can’t say for sure how it holds up long term, but so far I’m impressed. It covered my redness nicely without feeling heavy or cakey on my skin

"Way more shade options than most brands"
I was impressed by how many shades there were to choose from. Compared to other brands I’ve tried, where I usually have to settle for something that’s just close enough, this made it much easier to find a shade that actually worked for me. It feels like they really thought about different tones instead of offering the same few basic options.

"Surprisingly held up all day"
I expected it to start looking rough after a few hours, but it actually stayed looking good all day. I kept checking because I figured it would fade or wear off, but it held up way better than I thought.

"Nice products, but the cruelty-free info felt kind of vague"
I do appreciate that Haus Labs says they’re cruelty-free, because that’s a big thing for me when I’m buying beauty products. The stuff I tried was good, no major complaints there. But I kind of wish they gave more details on their site about the ethical side of things, like sourcing and what their cruelty-free claim actually covers. Maybe I’m being picky, but if a brand is going to highlight that, I want the info to be easy to find without having to dig around. So yeah, not bad at all, just a little frustrating because I wanted more clarity.

"Seems like a solid sustainability effort, with a little room to grow"
I ordered from hauslabs.com partly because it seems like Haus Labs is trying to do better with cleaner ingredients and cutting down on waste. The packaging felt nice, but not like they went overboard with it. I’d say it’s maybe most of the way there, but I do wish they had a bit more straightforward info about recycling or refill options. Overall, it feels like a good step in the right direction, just not quite perfect yet

"Super pigmented, so go in lightly"
I tried one of the Haus Labs blushes and I was surprised by how pigmented it is. I only tap my brush in a little bit and it still shows up really nicely on my skin. It blends out easily too, which helps since you don’t need much product. I’d say if you like a softer blush look, definitely use a light hand, but if you love bold color, this would probably be perfect. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Feels nice, but the blending could use guidance"
It feels really nice when I apply it, but I had a hard time getting it to blend out the way I expected. I think clearer instructions or a few tips on how much to use and the best way to apply it would make a big difference.

My Haus Labs order showed up today and, for once, everything was actually what I picked. I got two shades and a brush, and they all matched the order online.
I don’t know if it was just this time or what, but nothing was missing and there were no random swaps. Kind of a small thing, but after dealing with that elsewhere before, I was relieved

I’ve been using Haus Labs makeup for a few weeks now, and my favorite part is how easy it comes off. After work I really don’t want to scrub my face forever, and this just comes off with my regular cleanser and little micellar water. No strange leftover patches, no heavy feeling after. It makes night routine way less annoying.

"Transfers more than I was hoping for"
It does look really nice when I first put it on, and I’m not saying it’s a bad product or anything. But yeah, it still ends up on my mask and my cup, which is kind of frustrating. I know nothing is totally transfer-proof, but I guess I just expected it to hold up a little better.

I ordered from Haus Labs and the payment step was way smoother than I expected. They had a few different ways to pay instead of making it just a regular card checkout, which I appreciated. I ended up using PayPal and it went through fast, no random errors or anything weird.
I also noticed the installment option, which was nice to have there in case I ever want to split up a bigger order. The site felt simple, my confirmation came through right away, and compared to some other beauty sites I’ve used... yeah, this was a solid 5 stars for me.

I ordered foundation from hauslabs.com a little while ago, maybe late last month or the month before, I can’t totally remember. I was kind of nervous the shade would be off, but it actually matched my skin really well. The photos on the site ended up being accurate, even when I checked it in regular daylight. I didn’t have to mix it with another foundation or anything, which basically never happens for me

It looked really nice when I first put it on, and I wanted to love it. Maybe my skin is just being extra sensitive lately, but after using it I started breaking out. I kept trying to convince myself it was something else, but this seems like the reason. Bummed because the finish was cute
